Frequently asked questions

Q. How do I measure my dog for a bespoke muzzle?
A. Each manufacturer will have their own requirements when it comes to sizing. We have put together a step by step guide HERE to help you find all your dogs sizes.

Q. What if my dog won’t let me measure them?
A. We understand that measuring isn’t always a simple task. Our team are always available to offer advice where possible. You are also able to send over photos of your dog with a form of measuring device near enough in place, from this we can help offer suggested sizing.

Q. Can my dog eat/drink/pant with one of your muzzles?
A. Yes absolutely! Our muzzles are made with correct pant height when following our measuring guide. This allows plenty of room for your dog to do most things without the restriction they have with other muzzles.

Q. I have special requirements, can I ask advice before ordering?
A. We have a fantastic customer service team who are always available to help answer any questions or concerns. Contact us HERE with your questions.

Q. Can I still treat my dog with the muzzle on?
A. As standard, our muzzles are all made with a treat hole in the front so you can continue to use Positive Reinforcement throughout your training.

Q. How can I get my dog to be more comfortable wearing a muzzle?
A. Muzzle conditioning is something that can take time and may differ from dog to dog. Most importantly you should use a muzzle that fits well and is comfortable for them to wear. There are lots of resources freely available online and within social media groups. They are dedicated to helping people get their dogs more comfortable and confident wearing a muzzle.
